Paradox were founded in 1996 with the name Witch Doctors . After various concerts and first successes at band contests, the band changed the name to Paradox - but the music stayed the same: honest and straight Indie-Rock. In England, Paradox nowadays have a cult-status and belong to the best acts of the British independent scene. With their new album "Silently Screaming" Paradox proves, that after years of playing together they can still record a great album. Impulsive drum rhythms, fat bass guitars, melodic rock guitars; all this in relation to a top-class song writing makes this album a real humdinger. Above all "Twisted", "Cry Again" and "Life in a Box" have hit-potential - because their catchy tune is astonishing.

The more you listen to this album, the more you'll get the impression that Paradox range themselves somewhere between Green Day, Nirvana and Linkin Park.
